With state of the art, stainless steel lines, tanks and related equipment for breaking, pasteurizing and customized blending, Egg Processing Innovations Cooperative is a CFIA approved facility which provides egg products to customers across Alberta.
Located at 2525 36 Street N, in Lethbridge, Alberta, the facility is capable of processing whole or segmented items, as well as customized, blended products, in a variety of formats.

Working with research and industry partners, a key goal is to develop innovative, ingredients and products for both food and nutraceutical industries.
